Complaints Procedure for Serialacceptable Mold Help

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Serialacceptable Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Serialacceptable Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Serialacceptable Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@serialacceptable.world and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
